• Job Details:Process customer orders promptly and accurately, generate invoices and maintain detailed records of all orders and invoices, organize and manage digital and physical files for customer orders, plan and coordinate delivery schedules with drivers, collaborate with the CRM team to resolve customer issues, oversee cash deliveries to customers, coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
