System and Support Engineer Full Time

• Job Details: Administration of Server 2003 Server and XP at Client, Windows 7.  Ensure inventory management of hardware and software infrastructure of north region end-user infrastructure is up to date  Proficient in Lotus Notes mail Configuration and Troubleshooting  Installation and Management of Printers  Installation and Management of Scanner  Maintain inventory off all branches.  Ensure appropriate and latest updates of antivirus and end-user operating system are installed  Provide end-user support on windows domain, messaging, productivity applications and business applications as per the scope defined by Manager Infrastructure or otherwise in SOPs/Processes  Provide end-user support on printers, scanners and any other equipment deemed necessary to carry out operations of the organization  Coordinate with vendors for end-user support in remote areas  Coordinate with vendors for all the relevant issues for end-user infrastructure related issues  Update problem-tracking records in a timely manner  Any other tasks assigned by reporting hierarchy  Mange Daily Backup
