• Job Details:Develop and implement recovery and revised schedules to realign project progress. Prepare look-ahead programs and coordinate with the site team for execution. Monitor and update baseline schedules to ensure alignment with project objectives. Conduct site visits to verify progress and resolve scheduling conflicts. Optimize resource allocation for manpower, equipment, and materials. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly project reports for stakeholders. Perform earned value management (EVM) analysis for cost and schedule tracking.

• Job Details:Preparation of cost-loaded and resource-loaded baseline programs. Preparing look-ahead programs and distributing them to the site team. Update and monitor the overall baseline schedule and key dates. Highlighting critical risks and deliverables to management to avoid delays. Generating monthly project reports, weekly project reports, and daily reports. Monitor productivity, providing insights and feedback to estimation and cost control. Conduct delay analysis, advising on and supporting the extension of time claims preparation. Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and other divisions to improve project management. Ensure adherence to contract requirements related to schedule updates, notices, and milestones. Analyzing impacts of variations/value engineering/change orders on the validated baseline programs. Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure all schedule-related information is accurately reflected in reports and dashboards for senior management review.

Planning Engineer

• Job Details:Developing project plans, including defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, and milestones. Preparation of look ahead plan, recovery plan and revised plan. Formulating progress tracking procedure as required by the client. Highlighting critical risks and deliverables to management to avoid delays. Coordination with construction managers/engineers for progress evaluation. Carrying out earned value management monthly to assess the project status. Analyzing impacts of variations/value engineering/change orders on the validated baseline programs. Identified, prepared & compiled notices, EOT requests and assisted with the QS department in preparation of prolongation cost claims.
