Line Coordinator

• Job Details:Oversee the day-to-day running of a food production line. Ensure the line runs efficiently and meets output targets (e.g. units per hour, yield). Set up machinery and ensure its operating correctly at the start of the shift. Lead a team of line operatives (often 5-20 people). Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide on-the-job training. Act as the first point of contact for team issues or questions. Ensure the line operates in compliance with health and safety policies. Conduct safety checks and report any hazards or incidents. Escalate equipment failures or production delays to engineers. Liaise with warehouse or supply teams to manage stock flow.
