• Job Details:* Follow up on the issuance of credit sales invoices and ensure that the customer receives the invoices. * Record the invoice in the customer's account and prepare the post-sales daily entry. * Follow up the collections with the Sales and Collection Department and record the payments received in the customer's account. * Preparing daily entries for returns and discounts and recording them in the customer's account. * Follow up overdue debts with the Sales and Collection Department through the debt aging report. * Preparing periodic reconciliations and annual approvals with customers. * Preparing reports on receipts (daily / weekly / monthly), Overdue debts reports, and preparing detailed reports for sale according to (branches and sales areas, items, customers, Sales representatives).

General AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:* Review documents related to management expenses and prepare their daily entries. * Settlement of custody with project managers and project accountants, replacement of custody and preparation of its entries. * Review the extracts received from the subcontractors, prepare the entry for the subcontractor extract, follow up the payment, review the deductions, and record the payment entry. * Review the extracts received from the project managers, prepare the customer extract due entry (revenue), follow up the collection, review the deductions, and record the collection entry. * Preparing overdue debt reports, receipts reports, and expense reports.

Accountant under training - Night shiftFull Time

• Job Details:1- Preparing No. 10 Sample “Sales Tax” for office customers monthly. 2- Implementation of External Audit for office customers on (Expenses, Revenues, Treasury, Bank, Store, Fixed Assets, Salaries and Wages and The Customers).
