• Job Details:1- Second level support for HDBank in network & VOIP issues 2- Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance with tools such as : eSight (Huawei monitoring tool) 3- upgrading data network equipment to latest stable firmware releases 4- configuration of routing and switching equipment such as : Core routers NE20-E , Core switches S9300 , Distribution switches S6700 and Edges switches S5700 , S2300 5- configuration of hosted IP voice services , configuration of U1980 ( call manager of Huawei support up to 10,000 users) , IAD (for analogue phones), IP phones and troubleshooting voip problems 6- Configuring F5 LTM to load balance traffic between servers
