• Job Details:Delivery and maintenance of ITSM processes in operations and to support service performance to defined standards and SLAs 1st Line support to the business on any system issues IT Supplier Management - to support the management of IT suppliers within area of business IT Product Management - to support the management of IT products within area of business IT Implementation - supporting solution design and delivery of IT solutions, services and processes within area of business IT Change Management - supporting all aspects of change and release management, using required predefined tools and processes, for IT systems within area of business Internal Customer Relationships - to support relationships and communication with business stakeholders within own business area External Customer Relationships - support communication with external customers as appropriate to support business development and existing operations Training and Documentation - define requirement for and then facilitate creation and maintenance of required IT documentation. Delivery of appropriate IT training to internal or external customers/vendors/other resources as required Being aware of and adhering to DHL IT Strategy and Governance Ensure knowledge and compliance to Health and Safety procedures for self is kept up to date Completion of any other activities or tasks required to fulfill business objectives
