IT Project ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:o Manages Assigned Projects from initiation to closure. o Manages Assigned Proof of concepts (POC) from initiation to closure. o Works with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project document outlining scopes, goals, deliverables, required resources and timing. o Leads the planning and implementation of assigned POCs and Projects.

• Job Details: Change Management Lead: o Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative o Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders o Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs o Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics o Integrate change management activities into project plan o Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress  Cost Management Lead: o Ensure that a cost management plan is prepared o Ensure that cost estimates are included in the preliminary project plan for the Identification Stage work effort o Ensure that the project charter represents an accurate representation of the cost of delivering the project scope o Provide current and forecast cost reporting data to senior managers on the business side o Create monthly invoice packs for the (T&M) projects and submitting it to the customer o Assess and validate proposed changes to the cost baseline o Report the budget and cost variance o Accept new PO(s), SoW(s) and PO uplifts from the customer and track them till project(s) closure
