Seeks continues improvements on planning activities. · Attend Daily meetings within the concerned teams to inform the team of any issues. · Arrange Monthly meeting by inviting all managers including the general manager to present the next month production plan. · Follow up with MRP procurement team for availability of local material & supplier’s status. · Report the CKD, inventory and crippled units status on daily bases correctly and efficiently to the Manager. · Understand the impact to the business of schedule fluctuations and the knock of effect in terms of material coverage. · Monitor dispatch shortfalls and downtime reasons to take necessary actions to resolve. · Continuous visiting the technicians on the work floor to audit and confirm that the production plan is reflecting the actual production. · Printing the label for every vehicle and follow up on the offline back flush.

Monitor dispatch shortfalls and take necessary actions to resolve. · Ensure that, additional freight cost due to customer schedule change to be bought to attention of the customer. Additional freight to be monitored and reported. · Calculation of policy within finished goods warehouse, to maximize the effectiveness to react to customer change. · Insure that all liability information is collated and made available for claim in proper time. New projects Coordinator Tasks: · Run-in run-out changes are to be controlled ensuring the customer is fully aware of potential liability being incurred & and follow up with planners. · Attend weekly global conferences within the concerned teams in UK & Germany to inform the team of any quality issues, also discuss the new model year cars & updated drawings. · Arrange internal meetings with project managers and process engineers to finalize and execute any drawing updates or lunching a new model year vehicle. · Follow up with the BOM team to set up the new components at the exact time. · Create master date to be identify the new items on the Company system.
