• Job Details: Managing Computers for Company users via domain remotely.  Responsible for CBI Site ( 1000 Users )  Using Active Directory Management to manage user accounts for Domain users.  Configure any new equipment and attach it to user's equipment.  Answer users' inquiries regarding computer software and hardware operations to resolve problems.  Resolves complaints and answers questions of Employees regarding all IT issues  Maintain record of the daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial action taken, and installation activities.  Help Implementation teams when implementing any new IT projects.  Follow up user's requirements forms and apply it to systems.  Communicate with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work.  Training of users on the required applications or Software (Oracle, Discoverer, OFA, MS Office or others  Work on night Shifts when required  Implement new Equipment and Policies at Company sites  Implement Esxi Server.  Implement Nap Server.  Implement WDS Server.  Troubleshooting Email (PC, Smart, Phone).
