• Job Details:•Projects a. Revising equipment capabilities - in line with LRP and Market plans b. Monitor and control projects schedules, budget and risks. c. New machines installation and upgrading process. d. Strong knowledge of scheduling / planning and tracking of progress. e. Preparation of risk assessment files and contingency plans f. Initiate projects (prepare project charter and business cases), plan & execute projects according to factory needs. g. Preparing engineering department budget for projects, utilities and building maintenance. h. Ability to manage multiple project sites. •Utilities Leading team of 5 engineers -8 technicians a.Plan &coordinate all activities related to utilities operation and maintenance b. Ensure implementation for all planned preventive maintenance plans for utilities) as o HVAC system, vacuum stations, compressors, water stations system & waste water system. c. Managing contracts and contracted service providers d. Budgeting spare parts and consumables for running utilities systems • Building maintenance a. Plan, coordinate, implement and deliver all (civil, electrical, plumbing) needs for the factory. b. Strong knowledge of MEP Systems c. TPM (total productive maintenance) implementation team leader in the factory.
