• Job Details:1- Commissioning activities for ABB 800xA systems in Sadara Plastics plant 2- Configuring and fine tuning for various types and brands of smart field devices with 800xA System (Rosemount, VEGA, K-tech, Micromotion…etc) 3- Powering Up system and IO Cabinets, and maintaining the communication network 4- Configuring Operational and Process Reports 5- Configuring the backup and recovery tools for all the systems nodes and servers, with the 800xA scheduled system backups and ACRONIS® 6- Configuring the Safety Instrumented System on AC800HI, to meet the strategy of the Functional Safety at SADARA 7- Configuring the Control Loop Asset Tuning and Performance Monitoring special applications 8- Configuring the control, safety loops and IT Assets Management System on 800xA 9- Configuring the communication with 3rd parties (Analyzers, Rheometers, Vibration Monitoring…etc.) with Modbus TCP/IP protocol over the OPC 10- Configuring the historian data logging and collection to be shared with global managerial monitoring level 11- Configuring the integration of RSI’s IndissPlus models with the 800xA simulators on the CV-OTS system 12- Applying cyber security and group policies on the whole system nodes and servers 13- Handling the software and firmware upgrades within the Hardware and Software supplied. 14- Clearance of all pending punch items

Senior Project Application EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:1- Initiating the project by defining the project scope, as per the request for quotation from customers and completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates. 2- Planning the project by preparing the project plan and developing the work breakdown structure (WBS); developing a project schedule; developing budget and the material list, human resource management, communication, procurement, change management, and risk management plans; conducting and attending the kick-off and review meetings. 3- Executing the project by achieving the stated objectives of the project; managing project resources; executing the tasks as defined in the project plan; implementing the quality management plan; approved changes according to the change management plan; following the risk management plan; maximize team performance. 4- Confirming SIL and TÜV performance of Triconex® by complying with IEEE, ISO, ISA and TUV standards and regulations through engineering and conducting tests. 5- Controlling and monitoring project progress, managing change and risk; discussing the changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs with the project management; ensuring that project deliverable conform to the quality standards; communicate project status to stakeholders. 6- Closing the project by obtaining final acceptance of the project deliverable in the FAT; transfer the ownership of deliverable in the SAT.
