Production EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities: -Planning and organizing production schedules. -Assessing project and resources requirements. -Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers. -Determining quality control standards. -Overseeing production processes. -Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary. -Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials. -Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment. -Liaison with buyers, marketing and sales staff. -Supervising the work of junior staff. -Directing and scheduling the operations to make best utilization of all stations on the production line. -Following-up the work and workers continuously within the workday. -A contact point between the plans of production and the actually manufactured production on the line. -Following-up the problems and malfunctions in any machine, to be fixed and repaired by maintenance department. -Assuring a good quality of the product produced from each section by making random inspections while manufacturing. -Following-up all feedback, release notes, reports, and material requests provided by team leaders for each section. -Assuring a good quality of the finished product. -Maintaining a safe environment of work for the employees to avoid injuries as much as possible. -Satisfying all Job Orders with the required quantities within the planned period for production. -Controlling the scrape and keep it at the minimum values.
