• Job Details:2MMT/Y of DRI (Direct Reduced Iron) by Seam Reformed Natural Gas.  Lead Plant Start-up, Shut down and normal operation activities.  Monitor and Control the plant main equipment’s performance and operating parameters. (e.g. Natural Gas Steam Reformer, Reduction Gas Absorber & Stripper, Process Gas Fired Heater, Iron Ore Reduction Reactor).  Monitoring process parameters to take the required corrective measures and actions in case of abnormalities.  Schedule, supervise and follow up operational activities.  Analyze the historical DCS trends for equipment to detect deviations from approved operating envelopes.  Estimate the reformer catalyst and tubes lifetime to define the proper date for their replacement.  Participate in preparing contingency plans, HAZOP studies.  Discussing technical notes on the Spare Parts offers to confirm matching Offer with Plant requirements, Collect the technical data related to it “drawing, data sheet, bill of material…etc.”

Production EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Supervise Field activities for 200,000 MT/y capacity suspension PVC production plant (INEOS Technology) in different field areas 12 batch reactors (44 m3), stripping and recovery of underacted monomers from the produced slurry to be ready for bagging after drying and sent to warehouse.  Submit work orders and work permits for different types of maintenance (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation).  Follow up the final product production rate according to production plan.  Confirm equipment status and storage silos' levels for continuous production and bagging (STATEC BINDER GmbH) Fully automatic packaging and palletizing machines) and daily Inventory of needed RM for bagging area and order it from the warehouse.  Participate in Plant Start-up, Shut down and normal operation activities.  Monitor and Control the plant main equipment’s performance and operating parameters. (e.g. Batch Reactors, Vacuum Pumps, Sieve tray stripper, Additives System, Material Handling System).  Monitoring process parameters to take the required corrective measures and actions in case of abnormalities.  Schedule, supervise and follow up operational activities.  Analyze the historical DCS trends for equipment to detect deviations from  approved operating envelopes  Participate in preparing contingency plans, Safety studies.
