• Job Details: • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades • Perform network design and integration; • Designs and implements new network hardware infrastructures for the purpose of ensuring efficient network usage, security, and management; • Implement regular upgrades to the network; • Troubleshoots and resolves critical network and system issues; • Administering day-to-day operation of networks and servers; • Configures and installs Windows workstations operating systems in response to the demands of a complex network design; • Improves existing programs by reviewing objectives and specifications; evaluating proposed changes; recommending changes; making modifications; • Identifies, troubleshoots and resolves hardware-, software- and network-related problems encountered by end-users of the District network, the Internet, the mainframe, PCs and new computer technology • Manage user accounts, security applications, and workstation configurations. • Support and help in analysis of system setups, performing tunings and resolving solutions. Work on the development and management of the implementation, up gradation and system setups; • Establishes and maintains user e-mail accounts; provides e-mail training and software support; provides e-mail documentation and updates user manual as needed; manages anti-spam and anti-virus servers; researches and troubleshoots e-mail problems by reviewing mail logs, records, and network configurations; establishes and maintains card key access accounts; • Responsible for maintaining and protecting backed up data on the network and providing technical support and advice, as necessary for backup and restore; Infrastructure Projects • Design Configuration and build for IT network and run its implementation using: o Network Points: 80 up to 300 o Servers: Windows 2008, 2008 R2 o Windows: 7, 8, 8.01, 10 o Security System o Period of time: Depending on the project; from a month up to seven month • Plans and coordinates all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery. • Manages project initiation activities including identifying contractual obligations, projects’ needs and goals. • Ensures requirements for internal technology projects align to operational standards. Develops alternate requirements as appropriate. • Develops, defines and executes project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables. • Interacts with product development, sales, client relationship teams, technology solutions, service delivery and/or other cross-functional teams. • Maintain and monitor all network, security and computer systems. • Test the changes to networks, hardware, software, and hosted requests. • Other related duties assigned as needed.

Junior IT Specialist IT Specialist and Network AdministratorFull Time

• Job Details: Responsible for the operation and administration of the company’s internal networks, servers, email and network security systems;  Administer network workstations, utilizing one or more TCP/IP or non-TCP/IP networking protocols;  Document network problems and resolutions for future reference;  Evaluate and/or recommend purchases of computers, network hardware, peripheral equipment, and software;  Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties;  Develop and conduct various instructions for system users on operating systems, relational databases, and other applications; assist users in maximizing use of networks and computing systems.  Identify utilization patterns and their effect on operation system availability and performance expectations.  Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.  Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, Novell networks, Ethernet networks, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems; adds or upgrades and configures modems, disk drives, data acquisition boards, CD ROM units, printers, and related equipment.
