• Job Details:Site management, Supervising and approving contractor`s works for multi assigned projects on a large scale Residential compounds, Comercial and Service apartment hotel projects (ROCK Projects- ELITE, VERA, TWIN WAVE), adhere to the design document, quality of work, schedule, safety of the workers and costs. Duties: • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervision and monitoring the site labour force, the work of any contractors, ordering materials and equipments. • Prepare time schedule for the project. • Execute the work according the specified drawings and ensure materials are as per specifications. • Checking and approving works carried out by the contractors. • Negotiating the price and cost of contractors, materials and workers. • Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budget. • Resolving any unexpected technical or site difficulties that may arise. • Prepare reports and cost statements of workers, suppliers and contractors.

• Job Details:Responsible for executing multi assigned projects on large scale Residential projects (Emaar Misr - Mivida compound) and other small scale projects, adhere to the design document, quality of work, the schedule, safety of the workers and costs. Duties: • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervision and monitoring the site labor force, the work of any subcontractors, ordering materials and equipment. • Execute the work according the specified drawings and ensure materials are as per specifications. • Negotiating the price of materials and the cost of workers and ordering them. • Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budget. • Prepare cost documents of workers and sub-contractors and reports. • Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. • Ensure of working with safety requirements.

Planning EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for planning and ensuring that all activity meets both internal company standards and external regulatory requirements with respect to Timing, Cost and Safety to ensure the Company's obligations and policies in these areas are fully complied with. Duties: • Prepare plans and schedule for all order delivery. • Perform regular analysis of all schedule trends. • Ordering and ensuring machinery and materials are available in time as specified. • Ensuring that activities actual cost meets agreed budget and delivered on date. • Monitoring and inspecting the work of sub-contractors and other third parties. • Ensure optimal utilization of all common tools and processes. • Update the client representatives during production.
