• Job Details:- Manage project managers to ensure full compliance with all aspects of Construction Life Cycle Process while designing, engineering and constructing of the projects. - Review company's projects files, this includes as-built drawings, design data, project contracts, specifications and drawing submittals etc.- Reviews logs and records of work performed in relation to construction management activities. - Operates company's personnel policies and procedures and performance management processes for project managers. - Provides day-to-day direction and works with staff to ensure a high performance. - Explain plans and contract- Provides technical liaison to the Contracts & Procurement during invitation, receipt and evaluation of bids, and contract finalization . - Reviews and adjusts schedules to meet projects requirements. - Manage sales and marketing teams

• Job Details: - Manage the assigned project to completion and according to budgets and deadline - Monitoring and managing the performance and compliance of consultants / contractors /subcontractors according to the scope of work and services. - Monitoring the performance of team members. - Manage all project documentation (QP, QC, Certificates, Reports and Clams).
