- Job Details:1. Recruitment (70%): • Accountable for the Recruitment SLA’s (Service Level Agreement) of TTO (Time To Offer, Candidate and Hiring Manager satisfaction) • Drives forecasting and demand planning discussions in partnership with PM's • Leads proactive sourcing for External Talent Mapping & candidate engagement initiatives as per business need • Manages requisitions for managerial level & specific critical roles in all levels. And depending on the volumes, makes trade-offs in the Talent Acquisition. • Continually improves the Talent Acquisition processes with innovation • Fully utilizes the digital sourcing tools • Owns the relationship and process management with the recruitment agencies and the third-party labor providers • Holds advisory meetings with stakeholders to triage external requirements and consulting on most effective talent solutions • Accountable for the Employer Branding execution and activations. This includes running Internship programs, Students competitions, Campus Visits, Building relationship with Universities, Career Fairs, managing the relationships with the agencies and other service providers and executing Digital activations • Ensures that global Recruitment process and guidelines are applied by taking into consideration local requirements ( i.e. driven by Labor Law) Continuously engages with stakeholders (Hiring Managers, new joiners, HR Director) for feedback and improvements in execution of Talent Acquisition agenda 2. Organization Development (30%): • Build up JD for employees in different departments. • Responsible for implementing and coordinating the performance management system. • Creating and implementing people policy and process for the organization including "Creating Recruitment policy, Attendance policy and Mobile policy". • Establishing Manpower function to reallocate employees to new projects according to the project schedule. • Involved in manpower plan discussions and budgeting for new projects. • Preparing weekly reports. • Preparing monthly dashboard for the executive level.
