• Job Details:Primarily responsible for administering networked data and voice platforms including technical support issues for 3 co-sisters companies Administration and support of Windows Servers to include Active Directory, Group Policy, basic LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP administration and support. Lead network projects and work with peers to implement multi-priority/overlapping projects Maintain knowledge of the network environment and sufficient familiarity with business/application/systems Configuration and deployment of network infrastructure projects Responsibilities include coordination and management of the client projects. Support and help in analysis of system setups, performing tuning and resolving solutions. Work on the development and management of the implementation, up gradation and system setups. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting the technical and logical issues and provide migration of the project Repairing hardware problems, installing new hardware, troubleshooting problems and training employees how to use new software programs Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties; Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, networks and other related equipment, devices, and systems, adds or upgrades and configures related equipment.
