• Job Details:1. Follow up the execustion of the Preventive maintenance activities plan in ERP Orcal. 2. Follow up the breakdowns for the machines and ensure its solved probably. 3. Investigte the root cause of the breakdowns, and determine the corrective and preventive actions. 4. Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly reports on the corrective and preventive maintenance activities. 5. Manage the Equipment engineering technicians and ensure their full utilization. 6. Deal with activities of the department on the QMS. 7. Follow the spare parts orders and stocks. 8. Issue PRs and follow its cycle till receiving the required items. 9. Communicate with suppliers regarding any technical issues. 10. Ensure that the machines working probably and smoothly with the target speed. 11. Revise the proposed packaging materials drawings and check its comptability with the machines. 12. Follow the engineering activities regarding the new products. 13. Follow the white papers for the department and attends the committee 14. Represent the department on the Lean committee. 15. Reporting to Equipment Engineering manager. 16. In case of absence, Equipment engineering engineers will be responibsile for handling of all above responsbilites. 17. To develop the capacity and performace of the production lines and machineries efficiency.

Projects & Maintenance Senior Section HeadFull Time

• Job Details:Follow up maintenance periodic works according to the maintenance plan for production machines Following up operation of the production machines and the productivity to make sure they are working well according to the daily schedule Handle sudden faults of the machines by finding suitable solution or alternative according to each case Prepare any spare parts for the production machines at internal & External workshop Implement mechanical modifications according to working condition Implement maintenance according to GMP Follow maintenance and installation of all equipment “ Now or repairs Prepare technical report for upper items Prepare studies & purchasing requests Prepare recommended spare parts list for production machines Follow EHS rules

Unit Head of MaintenanceFull Time

• Job Details:Prepare and execute the preventive maintenance plan for production machines and Lead maintenance stuff, an engineer and technicians. • Prepares plan and lists for the required spare parts (foreign & local) for all production machines and executes the plan according to the approved budget. • Study the malfunctions and stop times and their causes to prevent happens again. • Issue SOP’s for the new machines, upgrade and revise the existing describing preventive maintenance and other action needed to be revised through SOP Control spare parts usage to achieve the preplanned maintenance budget. • Following up the manufacturing with Local and national suppliers for machine spare parts. • Ensure a safe working environment for all. • Contact with workshops to get the work done Turning cannot work procurement official. • Sharing in all works of validation I.Q., O.Q., P.Q., for antibiotic sections.
