- Provide customer (process & technical) support regarding the day-to-day activities in the Talent Management System as it relates to ensuring continuous operation for all users.
- Organize orientation and HR Induction sessions.
- Provide any kind of reports and support regarding ABB Talent Management tools including (Performance Development Appraisal, succession plan, Functional Competency Assessment, Retention Management reports, etc…) to support the Business.
- Deliver the monthly dashboard report
- Participate in several training activities like (ITC program, Ain Shams Scholarship Program, etc…)
- Support in finalizing some TM remediation’s
- Assist in the development of the Learning & Development processes, policies and communications.
- Assist in the Performance Management and Succession Plan processes, including yearly reviews and mid-year reviews.
- Responsible to handle all administrative and financial issues related Learning & Development & Talent Management
