• Job Details:Side Roles: • Started as a Workshop Team Leader (Aug 2018 till Jan 2020). • Al-Alamein Summer Branch Manager 2019 • Acted as Warranty Engineer following PSA documentation in submitting warranty/guided support cases while carrying out in depth vehicle diagnosis enhanced with media if applicable and then reporting incident to PSA team after being resolved. • Acted as Quality Control Engineer, Applying PSA quality standards as well as making the manager tour on a weekly basis to submit the imperfections to be rectified as soon as possible, ensuring that all the repairs and notes on the job card are done by fully checking the car before leaving the workshop with the aid of PSA’s vehicle quality sheet. Main Role: • Following up with the team leaders the performance of the 9 technicians while managing flat rates and updating the team leaders with their achieved and remaining target. • Training and coaching new team members to cope with the work environment. • Updating the Training Center with required LMS courses for each team leader and for the technicians. • Monitoring the Sold and Actual Hours state of the workshop. • Direct contact and handling of the loyal customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best service, explaining how features work in an easy to understand way which leads to better reputation and higher CSI. • Reporting to the service and after-sales manager, R&D department the achievement as well as the points of weaknesses that requires development through monthly presentations. • Always keeping an eye on business growth by understanding the customer needs and providing extra services for them. • Implementing a time management plan on a daily basis with the team as per carry over work as well as daily reservations while putting into consideration the walk-in customers and VOR issues to keep the work process well organized. • Participating in achieving the monthly budget/hours target, ensuring the maximum productivity and efficiency for the technicians without compromising the quality by implementing the 5S methodology. • Performing a monthly review while comparing the achievement with other branches to build a better future plan. Defining the key risks to be able to bypass any undesired situation and minimize and prevent the vulnerability to crisis.
