• Job Details:12 years' experience in the field of projects Quality Management , engineering & Construction in Oil and Gas Sector as Piping Engineer, Familiar with international codes & standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, ANSI, NFPA , ISO 9001. This experience includes sharing and supervises activity during Engineering, Procurement, cost estimates and controls construction& receiving for Material and Equipment and full Supervision for all Piping and Construction by Contractor. • Perform Internal Audits to validate evaluate department Quality Management system. • Supervises site purchased materials to be identical and in line with Engineering specifications in addition to performing inspection on the material before receiving against the technical documents. • Working as a trainer for green hand piping engineers, operators & technicians • Sharing & Performed FEED studies activities for some projects and its related piping activities. • Execution of basic and detailed engineering activities based on International codes and standards. • Supervision piping construction activities according to the standards and time schedules. • Supervision of piping erection activities according to standards and project specifications. •Preparing progress reports during all the construction stages to facilitate proper follow • Pre-commissioning checks against approved drawing and within allowance / tolerances of applicable standards/specifications. • Quality inspector for installation works and conducts various Non-destructive tests for piping works to ensure good quality of work. • Follow Up pipelines construction for different mediums (oil, gas & water) according to international codes and standards for above ground and underground pipelines. • Follow up cleaning, flushing, hydro testing, dewatering & leak testing activities for all kind of piping activities according to international codes and standards. • Preparing the handover dossier after completion of pre-commissioning activities.
