Demand Planning Senior SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:1. Setting short & long term sales forecast “Weekly, Monthly” and participating in setting the annual budget. 2. Lead the deviation from forecast within 10% for mature SKUs and 30% for non-mature SKUs. 3. Setting Weekly demand for setting weekly production plan with supply chain. 4. Distributing the finished goods on the entire branches based on DOH, Target and warehouse capacity. 5. Dividing stocks in each branch on the different channels “Retail, Wholesale and Modern Trade” 6. Setting the target for channels contribution and the prices margin for each SKU. 7. Participating with marketing department to prepare launching new SKUs. 8. Setting all the export orders “Date of production and loading” 9. Follow up on actual monthly sales & production VS. planned forecast. 10. Monitor day to day sales achievements & performance across all SKUs. 11. Monitor day to day stock levels to ensure constant product availability. 12. Monitor & evaluate the distribution & the coverage of products across all regions.

Maintenance PlannerFull Time

• Job Details:1. Prepare and follow up and update predictive and preventive maintenance monthly and annually plan. 2. Responsible for spare parts replenishment and making sure there is a safety stock in the warehouse by following up the late deliveries. 3. Prepare the maintenance department budget (Capex-Opex) annually and follow up on it making sure that we are in budget all time. 4. Following up on the utilities consumption monthly. 5. Calculating and follow up and presenting the KPIs of maintenance department weekly and monthly(MTTR-MTBFBD%-PM%). 6.Working on a project for applying autonomous maintenance and TPM on production lines. 7.Following up on Quality and Safety Capa.

Maintenance engineerFull Time

• Job Details:1. Ensure resolving technical malfunction of factory machines that disrupts production processes and report it to Maintenance Section Head. 2. Prepare malfunction reports and breakdown timings. 3. Assist in preparing maintenance plans and work orders. 4. Responsibility for the implementation of corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance plans for various factory machinery by preparing work orders accordingly and forming work groups. 5. Monitors spare parts release from warehouses. 6. Responsible for preparing manpower allocation plan in different work shifts and assigning work orders according to the business need. 7. Responsible to provide complete analysis on root cause for machinery malfunctions, suggesting means to enhance efficiency through reducing downtime. 8. Suggest machinery modifications ideas if needed and implement if approved.
