Products ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:- Manages and coordinates product development projects. - Evaluates and resolves technical feasibility, design optimization, and development issues. - Researches and monitors existing client base and industry developments and identifies potential new product opportunities. - Works with other departments to establish a design, technology, product development, and vendor strategy - Manages project budgets and prepares financial analysis reports for top management. - Managing the entire products life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities - Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers. - Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning - Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute

Technical LeadFull Time

• Job Details:- Identify technology trends, best practices and evolving social behavior that may support or impede the success of the business. - Responsible for maintain day-to-day operations for unit’s products technical software and infrastructure, and backing the team by performing some of their tasks. - Helping customers to have the best solutions that meet their needs. - Responsible for delivering the projects within the agreed schedule, budget and expected quality & working with stockholders at all phases of the life cycle of a project. - Plan, coordinate, direct and design Infrastructure-related activities, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities. - Define and implement technical policies, procedures and best practices for products infrastructure and software. - Establish and supervise a quality assurance process, including integration and system testing. - Manage direct reporters as well as supervising cross-functional teams.
