• Job Details:• Responsible for providing more than 48 of Al-Agzakhana branches with medicines based on their consumption rates. • Evaluate and compare Suppliers to choose the best Suppliers who ensure the highest benefit and the best quality of service. • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best deals, which guarantee the highest discounts, the best bonuses and payment terms. • Organize procurement process and set priorities to keep the stock in safe zones. • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports about procurement process, benefit and suppliers. • Follow-up performance of the signed contracts with the suppliers to achieve the agreed rebates or bonuses or payment periods. • Respond to Branches immediately for any urgent orders or any enquiries and report any new products. • Implement effectively and accurately the decided procurement plan which aim to reach the targeted margin.
