• Job Details:• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans . • Work on sudden breakdowns in the station and distribution of tasks and work orders to technicians . • Record the occurred down time in each shift to build a preventive maintenance history and to avoid the occurrence of unplanned down time. • Supervising the subordinates/teamwork by reallocating them to avoid the expected hot spots problems . • Share the process knowledge with the maintenance department to avoid repeat breakdowns . • collecting and file the history of the minor stops to eliminate it . • share with managers and colleagues to create and generate new solutions for all the faced problems . • Ability to leadership team working at periods of hardship duty.
