Procurement Section HeadFull Time

• Job Details:-Review purchase requests received from the planning department in terms of lead time, quantity, need by date & inventory of each material to guarantee maximum value for the company. - Analyze price proposals and other data to determine reasonable prices & terms. - Monitor shipments to ensure that the goods are delivered on time and follow up on undelivered goods or problems trace shipments. - Preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms. - Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements. - Controlling the purchasing budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on purchasing costs. - Review placing special orders for all items with low supply and/or high demand, find substitute items for unavailable items, and push suppliers to provide the highest possible quantity. -Manage technological internal ERP systems and eternal systems that track the shipment, inventory, and supply of materials. - Maintain healthy stock level, avoid overstock and slow-moving stock through sales analysis, correct orders, follow up on returns to the supplier, and provide feedback to the Trading department in a timely manner for corrective action as needed - Organizing work, providing support, and keeping supervisors informed of key issues that could affect production. - Performing the annual appraisal for all subordinates on time. - Ensure adherence to all safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations.

Procurement SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:-Develop and implement a procurement strategy. -Forecast levels of demand for Equipment, Raw material, and services. -Conduct research to source the best products and suppliers in terms of the best value, delivery schedules, and quality. -Identify potential suppliers based on project requirements. -Negotiate and agree on contracts, monitoring the quality of service provided. -Keep contract files and use them as references for the future. -Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers. -Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams such as supply chain, planning, IT, production, sales, and customers. -Develop strategies to make sure that cost savings and supplier performance targets are met - or exceeded. -Undertake value-for-money reviews of existing contracts and arrangements. -Ensure the security and sustainability of sources of essential products and services. -Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities. -Give presentations about market analysis and possible growth. -Analyze data and produce reports and statistics on spending and saving. -Manage technological internal ERP systems and eternal systems that track the shipment, inventory, and supply of materials. -Ensure adherence to all safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations.

Purchasing SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:-Smart selection of approved international/ National packaging suppliers based on price, quality, service, support, availability, reliability, production, distribution capabilities, and supplier’s reputation and history. -Negotiate with international / National packaging suppliers to achieve the best material price offer and best service -Review purchase requests received from the planning department in terms of lead time, quantity, need by date & inventory of each material to guarantee maximum value for the company -Studying Mold’s Capacity vs. our plan on an annual basis -Analyze price proposals and other data to determine reasonable prices & terms -Prepare price comparisons to ensure compliance with the agreed contract price & material purchase History Reviewing calculations of international freight charges -Prepare foreign / Local packaging purchase orders and manages their approval process -Transmit and prioritize approved purchase orders and supporting documents to supplier & receive an order acknowledgment -Monitor shipments/orders to ensure that the goods are delivered on time and follow up on undelivered goods or problems trace shipments -Follow up on ongoing orders with the suppliers to ensure their compliance with the required shipping date. -Assign tasks to subordinates and follow up with them to assure achieving the required objective. -Establish new communication channels whether within the organization or external to facilitate the work. -Monitor shipments to ensure that the goods are delivered on time and collaborate with other parties in case there is any problem to solve it. -Issue purchase order as requested ensuring on-time delivery of the required quantities. -Issue purchase report reflecting the status of purchase orders even if they are ongoing or done orders. -Follow up on all the departments who have ongoing orders to prevent low/no stock with the warehouse department. -techniques used globally. -Review and approve the supplier’s performance on a semester basis. -Ensure the implementation of HSE regulation.
