Facilities Maintenance & Fleet Manager Full Time

• Job Details:Maintenance for all Etisalat buildings, Flagships & regional offices as well as supervision on the construction of new buildings & offices from electromechanical & civil work. • Initiate, implement, and manage the maintenance program based on best practices in the industry, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/corrective maintenance. • Recruit and train personnel, supervise maintenance crews and contractors, to ensure all grounds keeping, housekeeping, maintenance, and renovation work completed on schedule. • Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary. • Review the operation of equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned down-time, anticipate; solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement. • Prepare reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving operations and solving maintenance-related problems. • Maintenance for all the furniture in all Etisalat buildings (7 buildings), regional offices and flagships. • Ensure that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner. • Conduct employee performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of the maintenance technicians. • Managing all the operation of the fleet for all the company from transportation, license, maintenance & pool cars. • Responsible for the procurement, management and maintenance of Etisalat fleet of approximately 350 vehicles. • Coordinate and direct the operation of Etisalat fleet tracking and rental system including automated record-keeping and billing functions. • Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure
