• Job Details:- manage post-order processes including supplier payment records, shipment tracking, and document handling. - coordinate with in-house coding, packaging, and branding teams to ensure proper labeling and shipping compliance. - maintain daily communication with suppliers to resolve any inquiries and track order progress. - generate acid numbers through the "nafeza" platform for each shipment. - book shipments with freight forwarders and manage timelines based on delivery expectations. - upload necessary documents to the cargox platform and follow through on express mail dispatch of original shipping papers. - handle delivery upon arrival by coordinating with shipping lines and issuing the delivery order.
