• Job Details:Solving Customer issues with various levels of complexity within SLA on a wide range of Nutanix products Cluster Management, HCI (VMware, AHV, Hyper-v ), Linux & Windows server OS, Zookeeper, LCM, DR , High availability, Cassandra DB, Prism Central microservices [Kubernetes & Dockers], Nutnaix Files. ● Supporting Nutanix cloud services solution & AWS, Nutanix Database Daas, IaC Terraform automation. ● Deep diving in complicated issues, Tracing logs and Python source code, discover & report bugs to engineering after reproduing on TB if needed. ● Create & Update KB articles and documentation guides. ● Handling hot customers through hotline or Salesforce EMCY cases, providing detailed RCA. ● Introduce workarounds writing Bash & python scripts, spreading hot topics during knowledge share sessions.

Remote Technical Support Team LeaderFull Time

• Job Details:Working on long lasting complicated issues, find weak points and create qualified group of experts from both support & engineering and follow them up. ● Solving complex & esclated customer problems including (Linux OS ,Bash scripting, Oracle DB, EMC Networker, F5 LB, EHDB Hadoop, IPD, Telesys GW) ● Creating Customer system health issues reports and customized plans for solving before happening. ● Creating/Updating KB articles for known and repeated issues to speed up the solution time. ● Leading & coaching a team of 6 engineers L1 & L2 and report their work to the support manager.
