Project Manager

• Job Details:Oversee and coordinate all aspects of a construction project from start to finish. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity regarding project requirements. Manage and supervise the construction team, including subcontractors and laborers. Allocate resources, create schedules, and manage the project budget. Track project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track. Maintain effective communication between stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status. Ensure quality control and implement corrective measures as needed. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure worker safety and project success. Maintain accurate project documentation and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Senior Site Engineer

• Job Details:Plans, organizes, and directs activities concerned with construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. Perform engineers duties as advised under supervision of project manager. Coordinate requirements between other disciplines and perform checks of documents and shop drawings. Provide construction support to project engineers and construction team. Supervise and remain vigilant regarding all aspects of design changes on the field during construction. Attend progress meetings held at the site and work on solving any design related issues with other team members. Complete any technical assignment as directed by engineering manager. Familiar with Doka & RMD formwork systems.

Senior Site Engineer

• Job Details:Plans, organizes, and directs activities concerned with construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. Confers with supervisory personnel to discuss such matters as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems. Inspects and reviews construction work, repair projects, and reports to ensure work conforms to specifications. Directs and supervises workers on construction site to ensure project meets specifications. Requisitions supplies and materials to complete construction project. Interprets and explains plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients. Investigates reports of damage at construction sites to ensure proper procedures are being carried out.
