• Job Details:Review collection activities to ensure all policies and procedures are followed. Create the Credit Application Memo (CAM) for each customer which includes a detailed financial analysis to obtain approval from Special Assets Committee (SAC) for the proposed action plan. Following up with all banks participating in syndication loans to ensure that the correct procedures are followed (including facility structure, pricing, timeframe, etc…) Manage the bank’s NPL portfolio to maximize returns. Making regular visits and creating a call memo after each visit for the clients’ headquarters.
