• Job Details:- Arrange all kinds of Export shipping docs. - Oversee the life cycle of products, including preparation, shipping, and receiving. - Coordinate with in-house sales team to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for customers. - Preparing all Shipping Documents For all Counterparts (Carrier, Consignee, Suppliers, Freight Forwarders) through ERP system (ORACLE). - Arrange with Inspection Companies If Required. - Scan orders into computer and track shipments across multiple channels. - Supervise orders and all shipments Communicate with the responsible department to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements. - Following up with the Freight Forwarders, courier, and shipping lines for freight quotations and price lists for Export shipments. - Prepare accurate reports for upper management and customers. - Negotiate freight prices with the shipping line. - coordinate internally with commercial, Sales, and finance departments to proceed with the monthly financial statement for all export shipments.
