• Job Details:Reviewing BOQ issued by designer compared to site conditions, consultant requirements and planned schedule. Making quantity survey to each section in BOQ. Proceeding PRS requests through SAP ERP system according to the revised BOQ. Studying the submitted technical/commercial offers from suppliers/contractors. Negotiating with suppliers/contractors for best time delivery and lowest prices with compliance by technical requirements. Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolving shortcomings. Following the supply process with the suppliers/contractors and warehouse delivery. Preparing coordination drawings based on project’s design drawings in accurate with quality standards. Reviewing shop drawing and following up with site works. Reviewing subcontractor's shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinating their approval process with the project consultant. Coordinating with other trades to solve any conflict between civil, mechanical, and architecture.
