• Job Details:- Prepare agendas and make arrangements and meetings, Compile and distribute minutes of meetings. - Create and following up the weekly maintenance plan for Cars & prepare Spare parts order (indoor / outdoor) Maintenance. - Closing Maintenance orders on the SAP system and making its materials consumption/ Fuel Consumption & Submit cost bills for each car. - Check the Stock of the spare Parts & set the Min., Max. , Reorder amount from each part& create PR for required items. - Issuing the monthly Maintenance report & annually showing (Performance, Wastage, Movements, maintenance cost, time take to repair (indoor/outdoor Maintenance)) for all cars. - Enforces company safety rules & prepare accidents reports. - Responsible for drivers schedule to include: work station assignments, Drivers evaluation, Drivers vacations, Drivers overtime assignment, and back-up for absent drivers. - Coordinate with Sales team & WH team to achieve the dispatching & distribution plan. - Following up the periodic maintenance & corrective maintenance plan for all cars.
