• Job Details:• Revising and going over the project safety plan • Lead the contractor's HSE team and manage the HSE program's progress in accordance with the approved safety plan. • aid the company in providing high-quality HSE Consultancy Services to all clients • Conduct Gap Analysis on the client’s existing HSE Management System and recommend additions to the system in order to comply with the required legislation and regulations. • Assist and train Client representatives to conduct Risk Assessments on all Client activities. • Provide HSE Training Support to the Client’s representatives/workforce on matters of current HSE Requirements/Compliance. • Conduct client-site HSE audits/inspections to evaluate HSE compliance and assist clients in identifying and implementing corrective/preventive actions. • Provide Consultancy support to Clients to prepare HSE Management Systems based on OHSAS 18001;2007 / ISO 45001:2018 / ISO 14001:2015 • Provide consulting services to clients in order to assist them in migrating their H&S Management System from OHSAS 18001 to ISO 45001. • Inspections of clients' workplaces as needed. • Provide HSE training on an as-needed basis. • Managing and developing the HSE team (which includes the general contractor and subcontractors). • Using great tact and influencing skills, spearheaded a positive safety culture change. • Lead the HSE technology team and participated in the project’s technology taskforce as the HSE consultant representative. • Oversee the development of the Operations HSE Case for the project's first phase (existing assets). • Lead risk assessments, ALARP demonstrations, and finalised HEMP study records were completed to ensure the technical HSE integrity of the assets. • Assisting in the development of emergency response procedures and conducting desk-top emergency drills • Lead the effort to provide EHAF personnel with a variety of HSE training courses. • Participating in local HSE, industry working groups, and committees as appropriate for activity level

• Job Details:Lead the development and deployment of HSE strategies, risk management, and roadmaps to deliver continuous improvement to site safety and environmental performance. Senior HSE Engineer for EGEMAC (egyptian german electrical manufacture company) Mega Projects. Job duties include but are not limited to the following: 1-Supports the top management in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue. 2-Supports the top management in the organization's roles and responsibilities definition, particularly as it concerns safety aspects. 3-Supports the Top Management in the HSE Management System standard issue. 4-Ensures, in accordance with the corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review, and auditing of the company's HSE Systems. 5-Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate safety and environmental system procedures and provides for their updating in line with changes in legislation and company directives. 6-Provides for motivation and familiarisation of all company personnel, respecting the importance of complying with company system procedures and all safety equipment provided. 7-Assists the Commercial, Engineering, and Operations Departments in their dealings with clients on all issues concerning health and safety at work. 8-Conducts safety audits internally. 9-Hold accident/incident investigations. 10-Carries out analysis of accident/incident statistics, identifying trends, and suggesting improvement plans. 11-Provides technical support to Senior Management on any safety-related subject. 12-Carries out any in-house safety training. 13-Carries out safety audits on sub-contractors. 14-Performs Risk Assessment. 15-Provides safety support and advice, including supervision on the preparation of plans and procedures for initial contract start-up activities.
