Resolves such problems quickly and within guidelines established by the Company. • Provides current and accurate fare, schedule, reservations and flight arrival/departure information. • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise. • Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated. • Follow up customer calls where necessary.

• Job Details:• Provide all of the information about promoted products and services. • Assist customers to find the suitable product they are looking for. • Submit daily sales report using the company sales app. • Follow up with the customers on purchases, suggest purchase options and invite them to upcoming events. • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and alternatives.
