• Job Details: Coordinate the HSE network, serving as the focal point for communication between the group, delegation, and internal network.  Create a world-class safety culture using behavioral safety methods and continuous improvement strategies to motivate and influence leaders and employees.  Provides expertise, risk analysis, solutions, training, and operational support to various teams.  Develop and monitored HSE plans and objectives to mitigate risks, reduce accidents and occupational illnesses, and minimize environmental impacts.  Ensure compliance with HSE legal requirements and maintained communication with all concerned parties.  Deliver formal and informal communication on HSE activities to senior management, offering potential solutions as needed.  Defines and implements HSE strategy, priorities, and roadmaps aligned with global and regional goals.  Ensure compliance with group's HSE policy and standards, adapting the group standards by providing methodologies training, necessary documentation, and records to be applicable in the company level.  Manage HSE risk assessment, compliance, and training programs for all company sites.  Work proactively with division and plant leaders on process changes and new process and equipment implementations to address the impacts to environmental, health, and safety requirements, ensure HSE personnel are part of the review / approval for material or process changes.  Set up a training matrix of HSE risks and issues detailing the compulsory, recommended, and advised HSE courses is adapted to each site and kept up to date.  Ensure proper reporting, thorough investigation, stratification, and analyzing of accidents and prepares comprehensive reports to management on all accidents and safety violations.  Carrying out required inspections, audits, and reviews on the company facilities to maintain level.  Drives initiatives to reduce waste, water, energy, and CO2 footprints.  Ensure all safety and environmental compliance records are maintained in accordance with corporate specifications and regulatory requirements.  Works with relevant departments to address occupational health risks and implement prevention programs.  Leads and develops HSE teams to ensure they deliver results and maintain high competencies.

EHS Section HeadFull Time

• Job Details: Lead the development and execution of HSE strategies to drive continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance.  Coordinate comprehensive risk assessments and implement effective mitigation measures to ensure a safe work environment.  Oversee the implementation of Saint-Gobain's Health and Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with HSE legislation and corporate standards.  Collaborate with engineering and leadership teams to align process changes with HSE requirements and provide ongoing coaching and support.  Develop and execute communication plans to promote safety awareness and a proactive safety culture across all levels of the organization.  Ensure hazards are identified, assessed, and eliminated where possible, maintaining ownership of the line-based risk assessment process across the site.  Manage HSE data systems, ensuring accurate reporting to local, regional, and global stakeholders, and lead the HSE Management Review process.  Investigate safety and environmental incidents, ensuring root causes are addressed, responsibilities are identified, and preventive measures are implemented.

HSE SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details: Develop and implement a comprehensive HSE system across the factory.  Establish and maintain a robust chemical management system that fully complies with environmental regulations. Evaluate and manage risks. Maintain and up-date risk assessment and communicate it to all concerned departments. Present HSE metrics to senior executives.  Develop HSE training program.  Liaise with governmental authorities on safety matters.  Conduct regular inspections to verify workplace compliance with HSE standards and government regulations. Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions to identify underlying causes.  Monitor, measure, and control the company's environmental aspects. provide support during internal and external audits and inspections.  Supervise the performance of the HSE team, comprising engineers and safety officers. Maintain and update emergency response plans and procedures to ensure preparedness.
