• Job Details:Creating Master data for (Vendor, Material –Accounting & Costing Views. • Invoices verification: assuring the accuracy of stock purchases’ receipts with the vendor’s invoices. • Issuing vendor’s checks in accordance with the invoices received from procurement department • Responsible for the inventory transportation file in accordance to the following 1. Reviewing the vendors’ contracts. 2. Monitoring inventory transfers between the warehouses. 3. Verifying vendors’ invoices and assuring its compliance with their contracts and the inventory transfers. 4. Monthly report of transportation cost of inventor. .Data entry and posting of the above tasks and duties into the sap application- APModule.
