Senior Facilities ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:a) Be responsible for 3 mega sites and 6 MTXs. b) Direct and manage Hard Services such as Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire alarm system, Fire fighting systems, Elevators, Escalators, BMS Operations, Sliding doors, UPS, Gate Barriers, Diesel Generators, Civil Works, Carpentry, Painting, Wood Polishing, and Refurbishments. c) Direct and manage team consists of 9 Engineers and 87 technicians including disciplines’ supervisors. d) Maintain assets with accordance SOPs and ensure increasing its uptime. e) Ensuring PPM (planned preventive maintenance) schedule are implemented with accordance its time plan through EAMs, CMMS or SAP programs. f) Be responsible for maintenance strategy starting from planning and scheduling until maintenance analysis and execution. g) Inventory and stock management in accordance with MRO (maintain, repair and operation) for ensuring smoothly operation in case of contingency cases h) Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of evaluations to improve work processes and equipment maintenance plans. i) Follow up all service provider and third – party contractors' works and make sure that all works are meet with premises KPIs. j) Plan projects and ensure that they meet agreed specifications, budgets and timescales. k) Revising BOQ of planned projects with ensuring they are meet with agreed quantity and quality. l) Handle owner’s complaints and service requests. m) Plan and coordinate the tasks required with departments’ heads to keep the facilities’ systems operating smoothly and at optimal efficiency. n) Follow up all issues related to procurement PRs, POs and RFQs through ERP or Odoo systems. o) Complying to all Health and safety policies plus preparing PTW ( permit to work ), MOS ( methods of statement ) and initial risk assessment. p) Develop innovative & cost-effective solutions based on owner’s requirements for enhancing their satisfaction and organizational bottom lines. q) Follow up all trouble tickets requested by the owner and make sure that all tickets has been closed according to contracted SLAs.

Facilities ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:a) Be responsible for five sites operation engineering , housekeeping , landscape , pest control , security and parking b) Perform site inspections of assigned properties and coordinate action plans with on-site teams to resolve non-compliance items c) Manages the day-to-day operation for overall facilities management and maintenance for offsite and leased units including preventative maintenance of the buildings, grounds, equipment, security coordination and sites facilities d) Regular analysis of vendor data and contact with all 3rd party supplier/s relating to contract queries, including ad hoc auditing of work carried out by 3rd party supplier/s e) Manages, coordinates and exercise functional responsibility approving and process site billing / invoices, purchases of supplies / equipment for use at a site level, maintains budget / cost save tracker f) Follow up all service provider and third – party contractors' works and make sure that all works are meet with premises KPIs. g) Develop a first-class service to support complex, multi-disciplined sites, and the requirements of the client. h) Preparing and managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Maintenance ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:a. Follow up all MEP works and be sure that it is working with 100% efficiency. b. Follow up physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment and electrical systems in accordance with standard operating procedures. c. Maintains property life safety systems (e.g., firefighting equipment, sprinkler systems, and alarm systems). d. Monitor day-to-day work progress, prepare the weekly and monthly program, and report to reflect work progress summary. e. Report to the engineering director about the current work progress, make comparison between plan and actual progress, and study impact of alternative approaches to work. f. Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and the mall’s KPIs. g. Follow up all civil works, gypsum board, paintings, carpentry and metal works. h. Carry out any tasks of a reasonable nature that are within the maintenance engineer’s capabilities. i. Perform any other duties as required by the engineering director or the operation manager.
