Lawyer - Corporate Governance Officer

• Job Details:Oversee and ensure compliance with corporate governance policies and regulations. Advise senior management and the board of directors on governance best practices and legal requirements. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of governance frameworks and internal controls. Facilitate the preparation and distribution of board meeting agendas, minutes, and reports. Coordinate and support board evaluations, shareholder meetings, and corporate disclosures. Ensure transparency and accountability in corporate operations and decision-making processes. Stay updated on changes in corporate governance regulations and industry standards. Assist in the development and implementation of risk management and compliance strategies.
