• Job Details:Issuance of purchase orders, order acknowledgements and financial settlement for procurement orders. Vendor management for mechanical and electrical equipment such as: low voltage panels, automation & BMS, HVAC, CCTV systems. Maintaining commercial due diligence and revising terms and conditions for new suppliers. Supporting sales teams with projects tenders and offers-bidding. Generating list of supplies and goods for procurement. RFQs issuance to designated suppliers, negotiating and comparing item prices. Liaising with supply chain and finance teams to manage inventory operations and track inbound delivery of procurement. Set up payment options, shipment details, delivery time, and any supplemental information. Regular engagement in everyday duties of communications, prospecting for new market updates and monitoring subsequent developments in line with the business objectives.

Junior Buyer

• Job Details:Support sales teams on all day-to-day functions; creating POs, monitoring pricing, contacting customers/vendors, etc. Sourcing suppliers, selection and negotiation of pricing. Maintain vendor relationships; work with vendors and salespersons/buyers to help negotiate better terms and/or costs for merchandise being purchased. Work with dispatch to secure pickup, or with vendors to secure on-time delivery.
