Customer Service Manager

• Job Details:Accountable for quality of solutions provided to customer, acting as customer primary point of contact, proactively identifying customer needs, ensuring customer complaints are managed and resolved in a timely manner, preparing periodic customer service reviews, providing capacity analysis & recommendations, handling changes requests, tracking change implementations & change reporting, responsible for data integrity of customer information on all tools, responsible for creating & reviewing internal root cause analysis applicable to be communicated to customer.

• Job Details:Lead purchasing activities with the aim of implementing agreed strategy to deliver business requirements, work on optimizing spends and accommodating them to budgets and existing constraints, provide input for budget, handling a total spend of $100+ million through 50+ suppliers/subcontractors, define yearly/quarterly sourcing action plan per domain, perform market research, supplier identification and development, negotiating prices and terms with suppliers, evaluate acquisition projects/commercial offers, execute local frame agreements and implement supplier relationship management.
