• Job Details:• Site Engineer in project of developing, renovation, and raise the efficiency of the (Operations, Premature-Care & Intensive-Care) Units and The Doctors housing floor in Abo Quir Hospital for Health Insurance. • Site Engineer of renovation and finishing the building facades in Abo Quir Hospital for Health Insurance project. • Site Engineer in The Recreation area project in Al Ahly Club Nasr City branch. - Executing all finishing works and Medical Equipment for with antibacterial and disinfection specifications - Coordinate with consultant and other contractors to resolve conflict issues. - Monitor the progress of projects according to scope of work and schedule - Execute all facades finishing works (Cladding, handrails, stainless-steel logos , drymix, paintings, Granite ) -Execute infrastructure, concrete, insulation, open area landscape and all finishing works including (Artificial wave pool, Swimming pools, Paths, changing and closet rooms, main and sector gates, surrounding wall, marble and stainless-steel stairs, Securit Glass handrails) -Managing subcontractors related works (Negotiations,work coordination, Closing,Etc.). - Coordinates work with other engineers and professionals within and outside own discipline, and with support services staff
