Business Development and Marketing ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Identify and research potential clients. • Develop and maintain client relationships. • Increasing revenues, growth in terms of business expansion, increasing profitability by building strategic partnerships and making strategic business decisions. • Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives. • Manage and monitor marketing agencies’ performance according to the agreed scope. • Attend industry functions, such as events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market, competition, and industry’ trends. • Manage the commercial and legal aspects of the contract including the management, negotiation and finalisation of variations, delays and other contractual claims • Lead the establishment and maintenance of the contract management function as a high-profile function that enables cost and risk mitigation to the project/program • Work with the Commercial Manager and Project Director/s on contract and project risk management • Ensure that the Delivery Interface Office complies with appropriate policies, procedures and practices for efficient and effective project and contract management, consistency of practice and conformity with government policy and legislative requirements • Provide guidance and support to the Commercial Manager and Project Directors in the preparation of contract documentation in accordance with the agreed risk allocations. • Draft, with legal input, amendments to contracts to suit the agreed risk profiles. • Facilitate the contact handover activities to the program/project team and the commercial team as required. Capture "lessons learnt" from procurement and contract management lifecycle to improve the contract management framework.

Site EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals. • Bringing and presenting the feasibility study • Allotting Work to Labors • Review technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly. • Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations • Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients. • Supervising site’s work.
