• Job Details:Study for the formation of provisionsforcustomer , and analyzes and classifiesclients and setsthe permissible credit limit for each segment and approvesit from Accounting manager and then transfersit to the concerned department and ensurescompliance with it Coordination with the Finance Department in determining the paymentcycle and payment termsin customer contracts,setting the monthly and annualcollection plan, and ensuring that the plan isconsistent with the company'scash flow needs. Coordinating with customerservice representativesto collect the bills due to the company, ensuring compliance with the contracted payment dates, preparing monthly reports on balances and reviewing them with the Accounting manager Analyzing cases of default or deviation from the payment plan and reviewing it with the Accounting manager and the concerned departmentsto identify alternativesto amend the payment terms with customersin accordance with the company'scredit policies and procedures, and limiting cases of uncollected debts and submitting them to the manager to take decisive decisionsin thisregard. Preparing quarterly reportsthat reflect the company'sstatus of actualcollections against the plan Participate in the auditsthat take place at the end of the financial year and ensure that the operations are in conformity with the company's procedures and policies. • Job Details:Reviewing customers invoices and record them on the system Creating and sending sales reports directly to Accounting manger Debt audit credit limits and checks & Reviewing the monthly customer discounts and customer contracts Recording the documentary cycle of the store on the system Perform monthly fixed assets closing including posting of depreciation and reconciliation of accounts Perform area related balance sheet Reconciliations and system reconciliation Record revenues regularly for the revenue streams based on assigned responsibility Record required end of period accrual entries and participate efficiently in the month-end closing.
