• Job Details:• Review existing accounting processes and operating standards in accordance with financialreporting standards. • Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting systems and policies. • Build annual budgets and forecasts for different business units and consolidate them intoone master budget. • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close. • Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and key performanceindicators (KPIs). • Analyze and determine causes of variances in costs. • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting. • Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization. • Make sure that all financial accounting is compliant with government and regulations. • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. • Review permanent and temporary accounts on a monthly basis. • Review journal entries, bank reconciliation, invoices and bills. • Review Intercompany transactions settlements. • Review operations and recommend new productivity or cost-saving initiatives. • Manage processes affecting the delivery of warehouse stocks. • Daily monitoring of stock movement. • Periodic physical inventory count. • Monitor inventory levels and track the movements to identify potential stockouts,discrepancies, or variances. •Analyze inventory data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendationsto management on inventory control strategies and purchasing decisions.

• Job Details:• Stay updated on relevant accounting principles, industry regulations, and best practicesto ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting. • Review existing accounting processes and operating standards according to IFRS standards. • Prepares and analyzes budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to uncover trends, discrepancies, and key performancemetrics. • Analyze and determine causes of variances in costs. • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting. • Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization. • Analyze financial performance through growth and variance data. • Perform month-end close activities related to cost accounting. • Manage processes affecting the delivery of warehouse stocks. • Update standard costs in the bill of materials. • Accumulate, measure and apply overhead costs as required by generally accepted accounting principles. • Develop monthly cost reporting including break-even points. • Prepare cost accounting module. • Implement cost control measures and contribute to optimization initiatives. • Conduct thorough variance analysis to identify discrepancies. • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend actions to improve financial efficiency. • Analyze fixed costs (e.g. salaries, rent, and insurance) and variable costs (e.g. purchasesof raw material and operations costs) to allocate the cost per SKU. • Report margins, and periodic variances by SKU, Client and Segments.

Accounting ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Manage the chart of accounts. • Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with financial reporting standards. • Prepare the monthly and yearly financial statements. • Manage the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes. • Prepare the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments. • Monthly and yearly closing analysis and reporting including but not limited to profitability, liquidity and solvency. • Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting and ledger balances. • Work closely with team members and managing junior accountants to get with the month-end close. • Review import and Export shipments cost.
