• Job Details:-Ensure that the business onboarding process is reasonably designed, implemented, updated, and enforced so that it will be effective in preventing excessive business risk. -Work closely with merchants to make them compliant with internal policies and requirements of payment partners and card networks. -Review and analyze the merchant applications and business models. -Perform a full KYC, PEP and Sanctions check for each new and existing merchant (Initial and ongoing due diligence). -Ensuring compliance with all AML laws, regulations, guidelines, written procedures; OFAC, CIP, KYC, customer/transaction monitoring. -Perform background checks of existing and potential merchants with internal tools and external resources to assess merchants’ risk level. -Delivering daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports regarding team performance (Business model check, Initial and Ongoing KYC / CDD / EDD, Screening batches reports PEP / sanctions screening reports.

• Job Details:At present i work at HSBC as CDD ( customer due diligence ) analyst for RBWM ( retail banking and wealth management ) and Monitoring transaction, in particular our customers are french resident only ( HSBC FRANCE ).
