- Job Details:• Data center Responsibility : for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and stall new / rebuild existing servers/storage Hp & Dell and configure hardware, peripherals in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements • diagnose incidents utilizing administration tools or remote control utilities to troubleshoot PC, operating system • Provide updates to the customers per incident fault management guidelines. Updates include managing our bulletin board, e-mail and Telephone communication to the end user • ensure incidents are routed to the proper next level/organization as part of the incident management process • Install , configure and upgrade Windows operating system(windows 95,2000,Xp,vista,7,server 2003,server 2008, And configuration of DHCP ) • Physical setting up of computers and software system installation for various computer applications and programs • Provide technical support during downtime and shift hours mandatory • Checkup every month for Windows, Microsoft Office and adobe updates at user workstations
